Quarterly Membership Cancellations

Quarterly memberships are non-refundable and pre-pay for each Speciality box.

If you would like to cancel your quarterly membership, contact Care@TheBeautyCloud.com prior to your next billing date. You must do so before the next quarter’s billing date otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following Specialty Box. Canceling your membership does not apply to the current billing cycle, does not provide you with a refund for any received boxes, and does not stop any pending charges. Your cancellation goes into effect for the following billing cycle. 

 

Annual Membership Cancellations

Annual memberships are non-refundable and pre-pay for a full year of boxes. 

To cancel your annual membership, contact Care@TheBeautyCloud.com prior to your next billing date. Canceling your membership does not apply to the current billing year, does not provide you with a refund for any received boxes, and does not stop any pending charges. Your cancellation goes into effect for the following billing cycle.
